Cozy Fantasy Book Bundle for Supporting Trans Rights!

Hello, friends! I hope you’re all doing well—or as well as you can with the various frightening and difficult things going on in the world.

Purple text on a pink background: cozy fantasy for trans rights. Anyone who emails their representatives in support of trans rights and sends a screenshot to (or just CCs) hello@cozyote.com will receive seven free cozy fantasy eBooks!

Today I have a call to action for y’all: fellow author Coyote JM Edwards has set up a deal where if you contact your representatives in support of trans rights, you can receive a bundle of seven of free queer, cozy fantasy books. I added The Thread That Binds, which you may have already read, but there are six more great books in it to read!

Coyote has set up a webpage with all the info, including an email template and links to make contacting your reps easy rather than overwhelming. You can find it all here:

While this was inspired by US politics, this call is open to anyone in any country contacting your version of government representation! Less resources are available on the webpage for how to contact your representation outside the USA, due to energy/time/knowledge constraints, but all are welcome who are contributing to fighting trans rights across the world, however that works where you are. More info is on the page (button above).

The books:

Book covers for: How To Get a Girlfriend When You're a Terrifying Monster; A Novella from Chai and Cat-tales: Priye; The Thread That Binds; Awakenings; Coffee, Milk, & Spider Silk; City of Strife; and Lollipop Monster Shop

Aside from my own book, I’ve read half of the offerings here and loved them! Both of Claudie’s books and Coyote’s Coffee, Milk, & Spider Silk are delightful and definitely books I would recommend to fans of my own work (I know I recommend Claudie all the time shhhh). The others look wonderful as well and I’m excited to add them to my own TBR.

We need all the support we can in the face of this new administration—and similar struggles happening in other parts of the world. Emailing your representatives in our government is just one step of many that we can take together, combining smaller efforts into a bigger push with numbers. Whether or not you’d like the free books, I encourage you to use the resources on Coyote’s page for making your voice heard!

And of course, whatever you do best with your own skills and abilities—thank you for doing those things, even if it just means surviving in the face of people who would rather you not exist 💜. Even if I don’t know you, I know that you deserve to be here and be yourself and be loved. Do not obey in advance! Stay safe but stay you!

Take care 💜💜💜
