✨ Issue with missing/damaged cards or other order/product problem? I am happy to replace individual cards for free, including internationally! Whole decks and books can also be replaced if seriously damaged or lost in the mail, manufacturing defects, etc. 

✨ LOST PACKAGE POLICY: I consider US packages lost after FOUR WEEKS from ship date and international packages lost after EIGHT WEEKS from ship date.

✨ RETURN/REFUND POLICY: I do not accept returns, because they are too pricey to handle as a micro business. Refunds may be made on a case by case basis, but are very rare. I do NOT give refunds after THREE MONTHS from purchase date.

✨ If your message is related to The Flame That Sings BackerKit campaign, please check the most recent updates on the campaign page. I will be posting an update on progress and any instructions for backers/answers to common problems there at least once per month. Rewards are currently estimated to ship in DECEMBER 2025.
