The Edible Empire Novella Series
The Edible Empire is a new comedic fantasy series with a culinary twist! These quick reads are lighthearted, absurd, food-themed fun in a D&D/jRPG flavored world. There are lots of tropes, and even more bad puns.
Our story follows the adventures of the former Hero of the World, Emperor Vallora Leontyne Rose, as she embarks on a worldwide food tour. One which may or may not reveal that the Empire has been the bad guy all along—and of course, she’s got friends with her: a middle-aged halfling bard who plays metal, an elderly former bandit queen, a teenage catgirl airship pilot with ADHD, and the autistic elf captain of the Royal Guard. Plus her faithful dog, of course! The diverse ensemble cast is all queer and ace- and/or aro-spectrum (except the dog, of course, we don’t really know about her).
